Documenting Mac Transition/Issues
Well I've started to document what I'm learning/struggling with as I continue my transition to using a Mac full time for both work and personal computing. I'm having a lot more problems than I expected, which is definitely unfortunate. I decided to do this because I wanted a professional quality operating system based on Unix that had a good collection of commercial applications for both consumer and business use. I still want that, but I find myself missing the good qualities of the Windows notebook I gave to my wife when I bought my PowerBook.
I'm not going to document the details in my blog, as the content will get lost over time. I've started a wiki page documenting the Windows to Mac transition from my point of view. Once my wiki page gets a little farther along, I'll post the URL a few places to see if it gets indexed. Then it will be more generally available.
