Back from CA, and I know my next computer-related purchase
As you may have seen in an earlier post, I was excited about the ability to deploy updated software on my site in Durham NC from California. I was much less delighted a day later, when I couldn't access my site (or my e-mail) from CA. We had a short power outage, and my UPS shut down the linux box just like it was supposed to. Unfortunately, I don't have an auto-restart power supply, so someone has to be here to push the button to bring it back up. Guess what I'm going to look for at Stay Online on Monday...
