Two days into being an iPhone owner...

and really enjoying it. I finally got my number transferred from Verizon this morning (48 hours after finishing the iTunes activation), which was worse than I'd originally expected, but better than the last ATT customer support person I spoke to had lead me to believe (5 business days).

I've used the camera several times to snap pictures of the kids, I'm carrying around the best few pictures from our Disney vacation a few weeks ago, and have most of the music I listen to synced. The weather shows me Durham and Myrtle Beach (where I am as I write this), the stock shows me NetApp (but doesn't tell me why it has dropped down below $29). I now actually know when I get personal e-mail (as opposed to ignoring it like I usually do).

I tried checking current iPod info from appleinsider.com via the edge network from poolside, and did see that this was seriously slow. However, the browser-based game Avalanche was quite playable... All in all, a great new toy that is functional too!
